Maximo is very, very difficult to use and it’s cumbersome. AKWIRE is very intuitive. With Maximo, it might take me hours or days—in some cases, I haven’t even found the ability to do some things.
With AKWIRE, I can do the same things in minutes… seconds, in some cases.
AKWIRE helped to reduce our average TTR (Time To Repair) from 27 days to 7 days over a three-month implementation period equating to approximately $25M in savings (bringing on lost production). This was for Maximo priorities 1-7 and with a staff that was reduced by 40 percent. After the initial phase 1 was so successful, we formed a PIT (Process Improvement Team) and further reduced the TTR by an additional 20 percent.
I have no doubt that without AKWIRE and the incredible staff at Solufy support, we would not have been successful in this incredible feat.

AKWIRE vScheduler, other than being an excellent scheduling tool, is very intuitive for the end user. The ease with which it functions between the different modules is part of what makes it so powerful.
AKWIRE vScheduler affords the end user the ability to visibly see the backlog in ways that no one else does. It puts so much power into the hands of the folks doing the work, yet makes it so easy to use.Read more about this
