|7:00 - 8:00||Breakfast|
|8:00 - 11:30||Morning Session 1 - vScheduler / vCalendar I|

|Afternoon Session 2 - Add-ons|
The following sections provide a high-level outline of the topics that will be covered in each class.
This class will serve as a refresher course for those who are already familiar with the AKWIRE vScheduler and / or AKWIRE vCalendar. It is not intended to replace comprehensive training for new users. We'll cover key areas of functionality in both applications.
This course will be provided as a continuance of vScheduler / vCalendar I - we'll cover more advanced end user topics in both applications.
This course will be provided as a refresher training course for AKWIRE Administrators, and will include the basics of report design using the AKWIRE Report Designer.
Solufy now offers four add-ons for the AKWIRE vScheduler at no additional license cost to fully licensed vScheduler users, as well as one paid add-on for the vScheduler, and an add-on for the AKWIRE vCalendar at no additional license charge to fully licensed users of the AKWIRE vCalendar.
If you are using the latest version of AKWIRE, these add-ons are already available in your AKWIRE instance and need only be enabled and configured (with the exception of the Listener, which requires a paid license).
This course will serve as an introduction to all of the add-ons for those who are unfamilar with them, and it will also serve as end user training for those who already have them available.
The add-ons are:
Attendees will be required to select their preferred morning and afternoon course at the time of registration.
Training will be provided in the same facility at the hotel where we will be holding the user group. We will deliver training by demonstration and through discussion during the courses. Quick reference sheets and user guides can be downloaded from our support portal in advance of the training day; participants are welcome to bring their own printed copies.
Internect access will be provided during training; participants are welcome to bring laptops with them if they are able to connect externally to their own AKWIRE environments. Solufy will be providing training on out-of-the-box functionality, and with a full agenda for the user group and training days we will likely be unable to assist attendees in ensuring their laptops can access their AKWIRE instances remotely.
