The AKWIRE™ Work Order module
is ideal in a fully disconnected environment for use with all
versions of Maximo. The screen offers feature-rich user
controls which allows the user to easily and precisely capture data
with minimal keyboard usage, ultimately eliminating data-entry
errors.
All of the Maximo data elements are available in the
AKWIRE™ Work Order module, but the screen layout can be scaled down
and tailored to meet your user's needs using the AKWIRE™ Foundation's
Form Designer. So, different user classes can have their own
screen layout. The AKWIRE™ Work Order module
can be used to modify existing or add new Work Orders, and with the
AKWIRE Foundation's powerful local database engine, you can
synchronize and reference historical Work Orders in a completely
disconnected mode. All the native Maximo® rules are
implemented in the AKWIRE™ Work Order module, but the AKWIRE™ Foundation's
Data States and Validation
configuration screens allow the Administrator to implement
additional data validation rules for a more controlled and strict
data capturing experience, thus eliminating data errors and
collisions at synchronization time.
The AKWIRE™ Work Order module
provides full support of:
- Long Descriptions
- Failure Reporting
- Tools
- Material Used
- Job Plan
- Job Operations
- Labor Logs
- Equipment Move
- Parent / Child Work orders
- Linked-documents (plug-in required)
