Products - AKWIRE™ Visual Scheduler

Our AKWIRE™ Visual Scheduler, built on the same AKWIRE™ Foundation can help you streamline your maintenance planning activities. This powerful tool will allow you to visually manage schedules for Preventive Maintenance and existing Work Orders from Maximo®, and other popular Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Unlike other scheduling tools, our AKWIRE™ Visual Scheduler is not a general project management tool to manage any type of project, such as a wedding or a construction project. It is specifically designed to manage your Preventive Maintenance, your Work Orders, and your workforce for Maximo®.

AKWIRE™ Visual Scheduler - Data Views
The AKWIRE™ Visual Scheduler has many views to work from. Depending on the task at hand, you can switch to many data views to give you a different perspective on your schedule. Those views give you instant and valuable information on different aspects of your schedule, such as:

  Standard

The Gantt in its native form. Use it to split tasks, change the duration of a task, assign resources, and drag and drop to balance the workload.

  Task Assignment

Displays the percentage of the work that has been assigned to Labor. Quickly spot the tasks that are not fully assigned.

  PM Type

Displays the PM types such as Daily, Weekly, Monthly, etc.

  Resource Workload

Shows the total hours assigned to your workforce. Quickly identify where you are overloading your resources or under utilizing them.

  Resource Availability

  Work Progress

Whether you are working with a Fixed or Floating schedule, this view will show the current status of your Maximo® work orders. You can also change their status too!

  Tool Availability

This view actually displays when your tools are available, removing the guess work involved when scheduling work where tools are required.

  Calendar

The Calendar view shows the workload in a Microsoft® Outlook® style. You can print the schedule for distribution to your workforce or implement a self-serve model, and let your personnel view their own schedule in read-only mode.

  Task Progress Status

This view displays a color-coded representation of the current status of each work order in the Gantt, such as whether they are late, on time or need attention.

  Task Priority
