The AKWIRE™ Visual Scheduler provides a Resource Workload and Resource Availability view of your current schedule to allow you to balance the workload amongst your team:

Resource Workload |
Shows the total hours assigned to your workforce. Quickly identify where you are overloading your resources or under utilizing them. |

Resource Availability |
Shows your workforce's available hours for assigning work. |
- Color-coding so you can instantly see the daily workload of your resources and if they are overbooked or not. Display the legend to guide you through your decision.
- Shows non-working days.
- Someone unexpectedly takes a day off? Quickly mark them as unavailable in the schedule.
- Drag and drop to assign a task to another person.
- Labor assignment is optional, so the Craft view may be more suitable depending on your needs.
